1.1 This promotion is addressed to registered users of the website.

1.2 The administrator of the personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is the Service Provider. Personal data shall be processed for the purposes, to the extent and based on the principles indicated in the privacy policy published on the pages of the Online Shop. Providing personal data is voluntary. Each person whose personal data is processed by the Service Provider has the right to inspect its content and the right to update and correct it.

1.3 Definitions:
1.3.1. GOLDENPASS - monthly granting of a discount code for: 40% 60% or 85% reduction in the cost of the price of each piece.

1.3.2. PROMOTION CODE - a one-time code that the consumer receives by email after paying for their purchase.

CONSUMER - a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person with limited legal capacity.

1.3.4. WEBSITE - a study in PDF format available in the Internet Shop.


2.1 Upon purchase of a GoldenPass promotion, the consumer will receive a code valid for one month from the date of code allocation. The date of the code's award is deemed to be when the consumer receives an email with the code after the payment has been credited by the service.

2.2 The consumer will receive the code at the email address provided during registration.

2.3 Depending on the choice of discount, the GoldenPass discount code will reduce the value of the shopping cart by % of the discount.


3.1 Amendment of the Terms and Conditions:

3.1.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, i.e.: changes in legislation; changes in payment and delivery methods - to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

3.1.2. All the works currently available in the shop's database and new works added during the validity period of the GoldenPass code are eligible for this promotion.

3.1.3. Products from the PREORDER category do not take part in the promotion.

3.2 In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: Civil Code; the Act on Providing Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended); for Sales Agreements concluded until 24 December 2014 with Customers who are consumers, the provisions of the Act on Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product of 2 March 2000. (Journal of Laws 2000 No. 22, item 271 as amended) and the Act on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code of 27 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 141, item 1176 as amended); for Sales Agreements concluded from 25 December 2014 with Customers who are consumers - the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amended); and other relevant provisions of generally applicable law.
