  • The store operates internationally in the following languages: English, Polish, German, French, and Spanish. Supported currencies: EUR, GBP, USD.
  • The products offered are digital sheet music (PDF format).
  • Products are delivered only electronically.
  • The store is based on PrestaShop software.

2. ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN THE ONLINE STORE

  • Services include browsing the offer, placing orders, and creating an account.
  • Using the electronic services is voluntary and free of charge.

3. TERMS OF CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT

  • Orders can be placed 24/7.
  • The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Seller.
  • The Seller holds a non-exclusive license from ZAiKS (Warsaw, Poland) to publicly share specific musical works for personal use purposes.
  • Products are intended solely for personal use – copying or redistribution is prohibited.

4. METHODS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCT

5. COST, METHODS AND TIME OF PRODUCT DELIVERY

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel is lost for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right to cancel:

"I expressly agree and consent to the immediate delivery of the purchased digital content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. I acknowledge and understand that by doing so, I will lose my right to cancel this contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. I accept the Terms and Conditions without reservation."

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • Contracts are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
  • The Seller may amend the Terms for important reasons (e.g., changes in law or payment methods).
  • Any matters not covered herein are governed by the Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
